Customers can conveniently pay for their selected products and services using valid bank cards during the checkout process. Once the transaction is successfully completed, your order will automatically enter the processing and preparation phase for dispatch.

Once a package is handed over to the third-party carrier (National Post or Private Logistics Companies), the responsibility for the delivery timeline and the physical integrity of the shipment rests solely with the carrier.

• Damages or Loss: In the event of delays, damages, or loss during transit, the customer must follow up through the carrier’s tracking system or support channels.
• Tracking: A unique tracking number will be provided to the customer upon dispatch, enabling real-time monitoring of the shipment’s status.
